When I upload this mod on CachyOS (ArchLinux) the game menu is frozen so I can not click over the buttons.
Sometimes even the background is frozen.

I am using a Linux Factorio version without proton, I am also using some other mods but this is the one which freezes the menu.
I am using also a custom launchmode FAE_Linux to get the scoreboards.

I am afraid I can't help with issues related to Linux.

All this mod does is modify the existing data put in place by Yuoki Railway mods. I cannot see how any part would trigger such an issue.
