Adds silver and gold amalgam, which can be refined into gold and mercury.

All 3 metals have uses mainly in regards to circuits and other chemistry, though are present in some other more minor recipes. They are also helpful for alternate, more productive recipes!

My first real mod so any feedback is very welcome!
