Hi, just pointing this out in case you missed it and find it relevant.

The Tier 4 modules available on Cerys are not 'the' Tier 4 modules, they are listed as variant Tier 4 modules. The intent is that they can live alongside mainline Tier 4s other mods may choose to add.

This angle was invented for Cerys, I am not sure whether Rubia uses the same treatment.

(though I still feel - coming from the personal opinion of the progression of my "random" mod combination - that I prefer the "clear" T4 progression of that other planet mod)
