Allows the placement of the Wube Water logo anywhere in the world. Obtaining "Wubefill" requires some effort in obtaining "Wube".
Wube Lakes can be used to obtain "Wubricant" which can be enriched into more "Wube".

Extra game mechanics can be disabled in mod settings for cheaper/easier Wubefilling.

If the Space Age mod is active, provides a way to place the space platform variant as well.

Note that the Wube water can be used to cheese defenses against enemies. Use with restraint.
