Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
It bounces/rejects building beacons in various places (ie outside special zone tiles). If the beacon is attempted to be placed twice, this causes the machines which predates the attempted beacon build to get "stuck" in an overloaded state as there are multiple beacons records around those machines.
