Adds options to set the slot sizes for storehouses and warehouses from the Warehousing Mod.

Defaults are 100 for storehouses and 500 for warehouses.

Why do you want smaller inventory sizes? Due to internals of Factorio it becomes increasingly inefficient to search very large inventories for inserters or loaders to pick up or drop items into. Lowering the size helps with that problem.
