There isn't much of a description at all, and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to do anything, since there doesn't seem to be a roboport anywhere or any way to place down the ones offered in the chests. Seems interesting though kind of stuck at the moment.

Yeah, very very pre-alpha at the moment. Although v0.0.7 should be playable.
You have to start using the scenario options.

What scenario? I see only Same normal items in my chest.
