I don't quite understand your issue. Which option you want to disable? Hungry Chest behaves like a regular linked container unless you put Void Catalyst inside

If you mean that you want an option for either them to be a regular chests or linked containers, I'm afraid that's a big change. If you want them simply be wiped off from existence, well, that's a little strange, considering you could simply not craft them or use only one instance of each to not utilize linked container's feature
