Hi, just letting you know that rather than an Enable Parallax setting, Cerys has a setting 'Disable parallax in multiplayer' (default true).
This gives better default behavior on both singleplayer and multiplayer, meaning the mod works acceptably from the get-go in multiplayer. You might want to implement this for Visible Planets.
