Instead of quickbar slots, the toolbelt can provide inventory space. Not sure about portable logistic computer, but maybe it can be repurposed. Mining speed, reach, something.
A bug in the other mod was a player could remove armor and still have bonuses. Not sure if you handle that situation correctly.
