I think the mod name is a source of confusion, because there isn't one consistent name. When you install it in game, it is known as "Advanced Underground Piping". When you search for it on the Mod Portal it is "Advanced Fluid Handling". Either name is fine, but I think it would be helpful for the sake of clarity if you changed one of these to match the other. You can change the in-game name in the json file, or edit the mod portal name here. The current status quo is that if people find a link to the mod portal page, they aren't quite sure if they're even enabling the right mod in game. If you want to tell someone about this mod or link to the mod portal, you may have to specify both names or answer followup questions about what mod you mean.
It's even more complicated since neither matches the internal name, so if a mod were to list this one as a prereq, it would be a bit unclear how they can even figure out what mod to download. It's too late to change that internal name, but it could be an argument in favor of advanced underground piping over advanced fluid handling, since the latter has no words in common with the internal name.
Also, I think you could put the bit about space exploration compatibility after the mod name instead of before. It will still be very prominent and show up in search results, but it won't overshadow the actual name of the mod. You can mention the alternate names in the brief description on the mod portal to make sure that people find it no matter which they search for.
