when you open town hall in simple housing and residential housing the basic needs its not per minute cause i make more of each per minute and always i miis something (idk if you mean items per citizen so we have to do the maths)

I'm hitting this too. It says 42 apples per minute, but it's taking out 78 apples every 10 seconds. I kinda don't mind if it's supposed to be 42/min or supposed to be 468/min, but right now it's tricky to just a guess on how much to supply. (running 0.2.1 but with older save game, not sure if that matters).

Having fun though, nice to have such a different thing going on with population. Cool mod.

Heya! We had a couple more bugs, but with the latest 0.3.x it should be consuming what the town hall says every minute.
