So I tested this and I had to read the "code" to kinda understand what was suposed to do (lack of info might be it) however indeed its simple to run ... now, i made like 250 citizen points but why? This has a really nice and interesting idea but is just raw and has nothing to do ... what are those citizen points for? is this still in developement ? I kinda want this to continue! it seems a nice mod ... it has potential (◠‿◠)
