Bugfixes:
- Rebuilt split pack from the latest True HD Base texture upload.
- Fixed missing terrain transition texture references by including exact files in the owning part.
- Moved the paving transition patch to the part that contains the transition spritesheets.

- Kept uploaded PNG files visually untouched.
