Trainsaver by asher_sky, updated for 2.1

All I did was bump the version number in info.json and change the mod ID to not conflict.

I think this is okay to upload by my understanding of the original mod's license, but please feel free to get in touch if not!

I don't think there are any bugs introduced by the update, but if you find any please say so in the discussion section and I'll do my best to look into them.
