I have loaders filled with mixed quality ore, when the train loads it loads up with normal quality ore, which is not even in the loader! The loader inventory takes no reduction in inventory when this happens. Sometimes it throws in a few stacks of quality ore., or rarely seems to pick up only quality ore. I think the quality stacks that are transferred to the train are the ones filled starting from the top left in the loader inventory.

I'll be honest, I didn't put a ton of time into testing out how it works with ingredients of mixed qualities, or any qualities at all. It shouldn't be too hard for me to fix this, that being said I've been pretty busy working on coding my own game, and making mods for other games. I will fully fix this at some point, I just have a lot on my plate right now
