This is just an idle curiosity question from my end. Was there a specific reason for creating the new graphics instead of forking/updating the original Bulk Rail Loader mod?

Two reasons: the old loader mod was using a repurposed chest from another mod as a loader, which looks nothing like an actual silo rail loader. (see this image for a real rail loader: https://i.imgur.com/MjH9SzA.png)
Also it would require me to use the specific software license/rules from the original mod which I don't necessarily want to do, at least not yet

I could potentially make a fork in the future that uses the old graphic if there's enough demand

Hurricane seem to be working on a Factorio-ish train loader graphic and has a great animation. This is the only train loader mod I found so I guess he made it specific for this : P. All of his graphic are CC BY so I guess you could try to use that. Current utilitarianism train loading silo version is still fine though.

Well I love the mod, still waiting for the older one to be updated but just one question. Will there be an additional pit-style graphic for unloading like the other mod? if so I won't be using the other mod anymore : ) Awesome job!

Yes an unloader sprite will come at some point. I've just been distracted with a lot of things lately, mostly the holidays and Path of Exile 2

Yeah I've just been getting distracted with a lot of other things, but I do plan on adding them soon
