The sprites or graphics for the underground pipes have distorted or misaligned visuals. There are two "connection" parts of the pipe. One is hanging in the air so to speak. See image for a screenshot of the problem. The pipes appear normal when your mod is disabled. I tried to delete the "images" of the sprites in the factorio files, and then on steam verifying the files, but that didn't help it.

Pipe to Grounds have a phantom pipe cover when not connected. It's not fixable without removing the pipe covers of pipe to grounds entirely, and it only shows up when they aren't connected, so I don't see it as a major issue.

Yes, it is related to that entry. I don't know of a solution as of right now so I won't be able to do anything about it
