Overhauls planet discovery. Instead of using science packs to unlock planet locations, you have to collect data via radio telescopes.

New buildings:

Radio telescope: Converts writable memory into astronomical data.
Astronomical data processor: (ADP) Takes data and uses it to progress toward a selected planet discovery research.

Mechanics

Science packs are consumed in the lab for research progress. While their is technically a hidden science pack, you have to select the correct recipe in the ADP to actually progress with research. Uses the "ResearchProgressProductPrototype" as a product for each recipe generated per planet/space location. Notably, you get the memory unit back when you use it in the ADP.

I also added recipes to turn excess data into science packs, consuming a large amount of data.
