It seems to work just fine for killing nests by me going to god/cheatmode and spamming nukes. For time evolution eh whatever it's uniform right.
Problem is it seems like pollution still affects all forces globally. Because my save with my friend (i'm using 5x research cost he does not) we got big biters before even blue science and when I checked, all forces have almost the same evolution factor.
My testing suggests further that this is the case:
- Create a new world
- Enable Multiple Alien Force
- Start a freeplay mode from the team competition settings
- Type /c game.player.surface.pollute(game.player.position, 10000000)
- Then every single force will get behemoth biters and spitters, and every single force will have evolution factor set to 1
