Trying to play One Way Train alone, this doesn't appear to be a mod incompatibility as I even tried the mod alone (in singleplayer) but it won't let me build anywhere, not even inside the train, saying that "You can NOT build this here! Can't place off your train or limit reached!"
This is happening right at the start, and I have no idea what's causing the issue.
