Major Features:
- Merged the production and consumption combinators into one Statistics Combinator with a mode switch.
- Added a Pollution Combinator that outputs total pollution created on its current surface.
Changes:
- Added an automatic migration from both legacy combinators while preserving their signals, interval, and production/consumption mode.
- Time interval and mode are preserved through save updates, cloning, setting copy/paste, and blueprints.
- Removed legacy settings panels and prevented the custom panel from appearing on vanilla constant combinators.
- Added optional Pyanodons compatibility. With PyCoal Processing installed, the technology and recipes are available at Py1 science.
