This mod tweaks fulgora to make it work better with cargo ships mod.

• Original way of getting holmium on fulgora is removed. You will no longer get holmium ore from scrap recycling recipe.
• Oil seas of fulgora now contain patches of holmium sludge.
• When processed with small amount of sulfur you have a chance to get holmium ore
• oil rigs placed on fulgora have hidden lightning collector to make sure they won't be destroyed by environment
