I don't know if this is a bug, but you have a reason to make the dock store electricity? This entity is appearing on the Electric Network Info and I don't think it should!

The way I ended up implementing the circuit network means they the docks still store electricity, as and will show up in the Electric Network. But this is the best compromise at the moment to get it to work. And the amount of power it actually stores are less than neglible, and once its internal buffer is full it won't draw any more power. It stores so little power that you would need 5000 fully charged docks to power one light for one second.

This is likely not going to change soon :)

The problem for me is that it appears on the list in the electricity info panel. The fact that the stored electricity is little is not very relevant!
But if that couldn't change, then ok.
