The recipe for this doesn't appear in chem plants or biochambers even though factoripedia says they should be there. Doesn't list them as locked behind any technologies or surface conditions either.

on further inspection I think it has to do with muluna and how that affects the tech tree, bc if I remember correctly these recipes are supposed to be unlocked with space platforms

Unfortunately, I think this issue is more caused by Muluna than by Galore (as it's Muluna that removes/hides a tech without migrating the unlocks).

I can, however, help you with maybe unlocking those recipes through cheats: /c game.player.force.recipes["RECIPE_ID"].enabled=true (but replace RECIPE_ID with the actual recipe id) to unlock specific recipes. Do keep in mind this disables achievements.

You can see recipe id's by looking at the localization files or through enabling debug info.
