Is it possible to give the steel to gear and steel to stick recipes a slight nerf as to get them out of the “low density shuffle”? With the way things are now you can generate more material out of thin air using just an assembler, scraper, furnace and some legendary productivity modules.

I cannot do that as it will break a lot of existing saves. When creating recipes I do not think about any complications caused by the recycler, it is not made for this many differing/diverse alternative recipes.
