If I were to make more suggestions, I'd give the biochamber all the same oil recipes (including plastic and the like) as the chemical plant, since oil and coal were biological at one point and there isn't really anything that fills that niche atm. It would give an interesting choice on Fulgora especially: do you go for the biochambers, which are better at the job but hard to fuel, or the chemical plants, which are worse but more convenient. Up to you obviously but I feel like some of this stuff should have an upgrade that A: has the planetary productivity bonus and B: is available before Aquillo.
