The changelog is not showing up in the in-game mod portal.
I looked at your changelog here, but couldn't see what is wrong, it could be wrong number of spaces for indentation, or using tabs instead of (4) spaces.
The logged error message is:
Failed to parse changelog for mod space-panels: invalid changelog file, error on line 7, line does not start with exactly ' - ' or exactly ' '.
