Starting with 2.0.48 i noticed crashes involving this mod so for 2.0.49 i added a prototype check that throws an error with this mod: space-solar-panel (electric-energy-interface) uses solar energy usage priority. Given this usage was a non documented usage and was working only by a pure luck, this was not a guaranteed behavior and will be disallowed.

Well thats a shame, will need to figure that out... as the solar panel prototype doesn't work for rotatable sprites.

yes same issue unfortunately... but i have progressed to nuclear powered ships now. but they are super handy early game !!!!

any progress on a fix for this? currently prevents load in current stable (2.0.55), but works with 2.047. I'm gonna take a stab at fixing this too. would it help to use the solar panel prototype and just include a left and right wing as separate items?

@S6X Oh awesome, yea sorry everyone I've just been at it with the actual work recently and my Factorio mod maintenance has suffered =(, I do have discord, hbut also I'll quickly make a git repos for all my mods so you can update it there! (Might be easiest!)
