i Vulcanus power nerf

How about on Vulcanus:
Change the steam neutralization recipe to produce the same steam amount but at 165 temp instead of 500.
To balance out the strong solar and short day-night cycles. Two OP power methods on the same planet feel OP.

What say?

Btw, I'd rate your rebalance much better than some of the others I've seen on the portal that only introduce difficulty for the sake of it. Abandoned my vanilla save to start over with yours as the definitive experience! Appreciate you putting this out!

To preface: AJ has 2 core design principles: 1) Do not add complexity. 2) Only make changes that encourage more interesting gameplay.

I considered nerfing acid neutralization on Vulcanus as you proposed. However, power generation on Vulcanus is still so extremely simple that it didn’t actually fix the problem. I very quickly realized that players would just copy-paste more turbines/steam generators. This would just be annoying without actually encouraging people to do a more interesting form of electricity generation (violates principle 2). I would need to create a whole new, more complex form of power generation for vulcanus, which violates principle 1.
