  Balancing Enemy Race Manager:
    - Adjusted tree health back to 50; preventing trees from causing stuttering movement for vehicles.
  Balancing King Jo's Mods:
    - Increased Phalanx CIWS range to 200; Minimum range to 25.
    - Reduced cost of Phalanx CIWS ammunition to be more in-line with base-game ammunition.
      Piercing rounds in vanilla factorio have the following ratios of material per bullet: 0.5 Copper / 0.1 steel / 0.4 Iron
      Phalanx CIWS has a ratio of: 0.5 Copper / 1.5 steel (!) / 0.5 explosives. I have updated this to be a ratio of 0.5 Copper / 0.2 steel and 0.2 explosives.
  Balancing AAI Vehicles:
    - Improved Chain Gunner speed.
    - Improved Flame Tank speed and braking, granted immunity to rock damage, added remote driving.
    - Improved Flame Tumbler weight and braking, improved ramming damage and ramming resistance.
    - Improved Laser Tank braking and turning, granted immunity to rock damage, added remote driving.
    - Improved Warden speed, braking and turning, added remote driving.
