Stupid question but where do I find the selection tool as all I seem to have is multiple chests of varying colours and a content reader

It is in the toolbar. I add an image to the picture gallery to show exactly where it is.

It wasn't in the toolbar section (not selected to show) and to be honest I was looking for something to build
It is used to connect chests of the same color. Thus the chests share the same inventory. This means that any items added to or removed from one chest will be added to or removed from the other connected chests.
