In this hustle and bustle world, where everyone has places to be, and at least 5 exoskeletons in their armor, sometimes it can help to slow down in order to actually reach your destination, not 3 tiles over from it.

This mod adds in a new variety of the Hazard concretes, called Slowdown Concrete.
By use of little plastic rumble strips (not pictured) embedded in the concrete tiles, these will limit how fast your engineer will go when traveling over the strips.

It will adjust your character speed:
- 70% compared to the 140% of normal concretes.
- 50% compared to the 150% of the refined concretes.
They also are HIGHLY frictiony (is that a word?) and will slow down vehicles driven by engineers.

All it takes is 3 plastic and a metal plate (normally Iron, but we use Steel for the quality stuff) and you can upgrade 10 Hazards to 10 Slowdowns.

Just, don't expect those reckless biters to properly respect your safety initiatives...
