Adds an advanced drill made by good old fulgorian recept.

What is it?

This is an advanced drill, which much better than vanilla ones.

Characteristics:

• Size: 3x3
• Health: 1000
• Mining speed: 7.5/s. Output ores in stacks if researched
• Pollution: 125/s. Intends you choose one of two ways: use efficient modules to decrease pollution or arrange diplomatic meetings with locals.
• Mining area: 9x9
• Module Slots: 4
• Modules Allowed: Productivity, Efficiency, Speed, Quality
• Energy Consumption: 1.25 MW
• Resource drain: 100%, but depends on quality
• Item stack: 20
• Rocket stack: 5
• Heat need: 300kW
