Resolved in next version. The mod puts the initial Fill4Me fuel in to one end loco and tries to add the same type and quantity of fuel to the second loco if you have it. Otherwise it does the best it can to spread the available quantity of that fuel across both loco ends from what was placed by Fill4Me and your inventory.
