b Techs removed from queue when pre-req finishes

The mod is very vanilla-like, in a sense that everything works the same.

In vanilla, you can queue techs that have dependencies as long as those dependencies are in the queue first. The bug is that queued (non-infinite) techs are removed from the queue when its pre-requisite tech is researched. For example, in the research tab, "Inserter capacity bonus 5" is shaded yellow; levels 6 and 7 are shaded red. Once you add level 5, level 6 becomes shaded orange and you can add it to the queue. And so forth and so on.

Now, the queue has three inserter techs, only one that can be researched since it is a pre-req. Once the pre-req completes, all of the followup inserter techs are removed.

I observed this when my tech order was: infinite plastic bar prod, infinite mining prod, inserter level 5, inserter level 6, inserter level 7. I had parallel research enabled (all queued techs). Once inserter level 5 completed, the queue became: infinite plastic bar prod and infinite mining prod.

This only seem to affect very specific techs, so I missed it from the testing. Fixed.
