For some reason science_pack_drain_rate_percent property cannot be read during runtime, so I had to hardcode these values for vanilla labs. If you are playing with a mod that adds custom labs with reduced science pack drain rate then let me know, I'll add their values to the list."

I use Cerys Lab from the mod Cerys and Cryolab from the mod Muluna, Moon of Nauvis

Factorio was since updated to add support for this functionality, so it's done automatically now, no need for further actions.
