Replaces the vanilla coal liquefaction recipe with a practical alternative: 10 coal and 50 steam produce 100 crude oil. Intended for scenarios where crude oil is limited, but also as an option for players who find the vanilla oil production chain too complex and want to make coal liquefaction a more integral part of their gameplay
