Simple Gleba Uranium

Adds uranium bacteria to enable easy nuclear energy production on Gleba. Unlike other mods, these bacteria are simple to acquire and decompose. You can also cultivate more of the uranium bacteria after you unlock the bacteria cultivation technology.

The bacteria decay to uranium ore, so you will still need to use centrifuges to get usable uranium.
