g [Fixed] Wire connections not restored after entity is destroyed

Title explains it all. Am playing with SE and that (annoyingly) doesn't let you turn off the bots crashing into things. Shortwave has low health so is always destroyed, and then when rebuilt does not connect the wires. This is v v annoying in my design because I'm using it to limit production, so if they get destroyed some production lines will just keep going and fill the system up with science packs or belts.

For 0.5.1 I fixed the health of the entities to be the same as constant combinators. The health was just not being set at all in the prototype because of missing and incorrect keys.
