When mousing over the shortwave radio, the mouse doesn't seem to highlight the radio itself, so if you attempt to run the Copy command, it will copy floor tile if that is underneath.
The radio is actually two entities, the tuning part and the wire connection part. You have to hover over one of them to copy the radio.
