Right now it appears K2's Fusion is broked with your mod. The fusion tech itself doesn't show up in a new game and the cells don't work in the portable fusion reactor. Also there are other mod like K2 more locomotives and Spidertron extended that have optional K2 dependencies for the fusion cells.

I'll check if i can make the cell compatible for Train and Portable Reactor.

This Mod is initally meant for Space Exploration, I made it support K2 but it will change some K2 things

That said it doesn't appear to remove the K2 fusion tech from a current game.
