A very small patch for the SE Space Trains mod.

All this does is let you use the space trains (plus rails, signals and stations) in space, which you couldn't do previously for whatever reason.
Enjoy making space platforms large enough to require trains to transport asteroids i guess.

I didn't allow the elevated rails on the platform as i felt it might be a little too unrealistic, but if someone wants it I'll add it as a mod option in the future.
