Fixes the unbalanced nature of the different tiers of science packs from the Space Exploration mod, by increasing usage of the lower tier packs. Includes 6 configurable mod settings.
Increases terrestrial science pack usage, while reducing space science pack usage. Allows for a better balance between terestrial SPMM and space SPM. all values are configurable.
