Runtime-adjustable output multipliers for selected Space Exploration recipes. Change multipliers while the server is running; ingredient costs and crafting time are untouched.
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Version: 1.5.3
Date: 26. 10. 2026
Bugfixes:
- Corrected the exact Space Exploration sand-to-glass recipe name from glass-from-sand to glass.
- The multiplier now affects only the normal sand -> glass recipe; se-glass-vulcanite remains untouched.
Version: 1.5.2
Date: 26. 10. 2026
Bugfixes:
- Fixed specialist-metal exact recipe IDs: beryllium, holmium, iridium and naquium plate recipes now use their actual SE recipe names.
- Added a one-time migration that reconstructs the legacy 1.3.1 broad matching rules and removes orphaned LuaRecipe.productivity_bonus from every recipe those versions could have modified.
- Cleanup covers alternate/recycling recipes such as vulcanite glass, iridium heat shielding, beryllium low-density structure, delivery-cannon alternatives, capsule scrapping, and data recipes when they matched the old output-based rules.
Architecture:
- Remains startup-only; no control.lua, no runtime events, no on_tick processing.
Version: 1.5.1
Date: 26. 10. 2026
Bugfixes:
- Added a one-time save migration that clears legacy LuaRecipe.productivity_bonus values left by the old 1.3.x/1.4.x runtime architecture.
Multiplayer:
- The mod remains startup-only after migration: no control.lua, no event handlers, no on_tick processing.
- Only the exact whitelisted recipes formerly controlled by this mod are cleaned.
Version: 1.5.0
Date: 26. 10. 2026
Multiplayer:
- Reworked all multipliers into startup settings.
- Removed all runtime LuaRecipe.productivity_bonus modification.
- Removed control.lua, runtime event handlers, recipe caches, and persistent runtime storage.
Changes:
- Multipliers now directly scale the exact whitelisted recipe's exact main product during data-final-fixes.
- By-products are not multiplied.
- Corrected the Space Exploration sand-to-glass recipe whitelist to glass-from-sand.
- Existing productivity-module permissions are left unchanged; this mod no longer modifies module compatibility.
Notes:
- Changing any multiplier now requires restarting Factorio / the dedicated server.
- Startup settings are synchronized as part of the mod configuration for multiplayer.
Version: 1.4.0
Date: 26. 10. 2026
Changes:
- Replaced all ingredient/product matching with exact recipe-name whitelists.
- Each multiplier now affects one explicit recipe only.
- This prevents unrelated recipes with the same inputs or outputs from receiving the bonus.
Diagnostics:
- /se-production-multiplier-status now prints the exact recipe name and FOUND/MISSING status.
Multiplayer:
- Retains the hardened runtime productivity handling from 1.3.1.
Version: 1.3.1
Date: 26. 10. 2026
Bugfixes:
- Removed the redundant on_research_finished handler that rewrote every controlled recipe after every research.
- Runtime setting changes now preserve productivity added by technologies or other mods instead of blindly overwriting the whole recipe bonus.
- Avoided writing LuaRecipe.productivity_bonus when the effective value did not change.
- Explicitly quantized productivity values to Factorio's four-decimal EffectValue precision.
Multiplayer:
- Requires Factorio 2.1.10 or newer because older 2.1 builds had a known desync bug involving productivity changes while recipes were crafting.
Performance:
- Kept cached recipe matching and no on_tick processing.
Version: 1.3.0
Date: 25. 10. 2026
Features:
- Prepared the mod for public Mod Portal distribution.
- Added Traditional Chinese and English mod metadata and documentation.
Optimizations:
- Recipe matching is now cached after initialization or configuration changes.
- Changing one runtime multiplier now updates only the cached recipes for that setting instead of scanning every recipe in Space Exploration.
Changes:
- Kept all existing setting IDs so saves upgrading from 1.2.3 retain their configured multipliers.
- Standard productivity modules remain disabled for recipes controlled by this mod to keep the configured output multiplier predictable.
Info:
- Added a status command: /se-production-multiplier-status
