This mod seems to have problems syncing mod-settings.dat

I've asked Twinsen this is a direct response quote.
"It happens when mods conditionally require things based off mod settings
Which changes the CRC before it gets to the sync setting stage
I don’t know how to fix it, I would love if I had a way but so far I haven’t figured one out"
