b Items that can't be prod modded aren't affected by prod module beacon transmissions

Wanted to prod mod my rocket production for aquilo preperations, noticed that they didn't get any effect (I know it doesnt should on the machines but watching the output and doing some testing showed me that the rockets weren't getting any benefit at all) I only tested this on rockets to be truthful so maybe its just them or maybe it is items that can't be prod moduled in vanilla that are the issue, either way this is a thing haha, if theres no workaround that then all good, just curious as to whether or not this is a bug :) awesome mod man, I don't ever use prod mods in beacons for balance reasons, but I use this mod for quality in the beacons since I don't think its unbalanced, it just saves time in the auto-upcycling process.

This mod only allows beacons to be able to use prod and qual modules.
