it seems this mod doesn't do anything anymore
i've manually tested the mod this morning and it works just fine, did you perhaps forget to configure the mod in the startup settings?

(did you check the sidebar of the rocket silo too? are the parts listed there above normal?)
the number of parts is going higher than 50, but it was doing that without the mod too
