If possible it would be nice to have an icon indicating that a rocket did not land safely.
And maybe then a statistics page about the rate of crashes ?

This is planned. The Space Exploration API currently does not reveal whether a rocket has crashed or not. As soon as it does the feature will be added!

Crash logging has been added in version 1.1.8!

I think there may be a bug with this, my game is crashing when rockets crash.
