Robot port, construction bot and logistic bot are available to craft in early game. but all of logistic chest are not available.
Not quite sure what you mean... I can see them.. could you check the options?

From a quick view over the aai containers source, it seems like aai removed or changed the name of the default logistics chests. I think I may need more time to actually do something about it.
Would it be possible to create a version, which leaves the recipes untouched but instead removes the space science requirement from the logistics system research?

That seems bit over the mods reach.. But I think this mod had settings to have the research already done from the beginning? maybe use that?
